Bioenhancement Pipeline Migration to PostGIS 3.4
The bioenhancement analytics pipeline has been successfully migrated to PostGIS 3.4. This upgrade provides improved geospatial query performance and additional indexing capabilities. Research teams can continue using existing query interfaces.
Security Monitoring System Enhancement
Enhanced security monitoring capabilities have been deployed to the SIEM infrastructure. New detection rules cover advanced persistent threat indicators and anomalous data access patterns. The security operations team has been trained on the updated alerting workflows.
Malibu Facility Network Maintenance – February 2025
Network infrastructure maintenance at the Malibu facility is scheduled for February 22-23, 2025. The maintenance window will affect building connectivity between 0100-0500 PST each night. Remote access and cloud services remain unaffected.

The Q1 quarterly facilities inspection has been completed across all sites. All facilities meet operational and safety standards with no major findings. Minor maintenance items have been scheduled for resolution during upcoming service windows.
Facility Access Badge System Upgrade
The facility access badge system is being upgraded to support enhanced security features. New badges will be issued to all personnel starting August 15, 2025. The upgrade includes improved encryption, multi-factor authentication support, and visitor management integration.
