Scheduled firmware updates for bioscanner-series devices will occur during the March 15-17 maintenance window. Devices will briefly enter calibration mode during the update process. Research teams should expect 5-10 minute interruptions per device.
Malibu Facility Network Maintenance – February 2025
Network infrastructure maintenance at the Malibu facility is scheduled for February 22-23, 2025. The maintenance window will affect building connectivity between 0100-0500 PST each night. Remote access and cloud services remain unaffected.
